ShinUR currently holds the following applets:- GOF-Poisson: it contains a collection of goodness-of-fit tests for the Poisson distribution.
- DoseEstimateH2AX: an implementation of the cytogenetic biodosimetry method for estimating ionizing radiation doses from γ-H2AX foci assay proposed in Einbeck et al. 2018.
- InterLabComparison: it includes several algorithms for interlaboratory comparison exercises.
